For the last 15 years I have had a fulfilling and growth filled career where I was led, mentored, and inspired by women leaders who worked with me to develop a strong skill set in inspirational leadership, corporate relationship dynamics, and the creation of Women in Leadership networks.I have held many roles in the Telecommunication industry where sales and leadership have been the primary objective. Through my career in telecommunications I have grown and developed skills that translate to many fields and life. Through corporate support and guidance I have undergone many trainings, workshops, exercises, and mentorships to expand my development in leadership, inclusivity, relationship building, interpersonal communications, business acumen, time management, and project development. I took a small break from the telecommunications industry in 2014 when i signed on as a project manager for Uber. I then spent 2 years launching Uber in the Central California region. During my time with Uber I leaned heavily into growing and developing my marketing and team building skills. It was in this position where I found a true passion for building, leading, and developing teams who can come together in their diversity to accomplish great things. I worked for T-Mobile as a territory leader for 5 years where I also sat as the Chair for the Women in Leadership Network in Central Pacific for T-Mobile where the mission was to recognize that every voice deserves to be heard and matters. To genuinely open the doors to women in male dominated fields, so that every person in any room has a voice at the table. I embraced and valued the opportunity, to encourage, and inspire every single person to use or find their voice, share their thoughts, be inclusive, and come together. We accomplish our greatest potential as women when we are part of a sisterhood.It is an honor to be the Co-Founder of Huntress. For me this is the sisterhood every woman has knowingly or unknowingly been looking for. The place to come together, inspire, lead, and motivate each other while creating an impact on the world that will be felt for generations to come. Huntress is where we put our trust back into women and rewrite the narrative that women are anything but uplifting and loving to each other. We are a team and we are better together.
