With my expertise in HR management systems, I have joined the team of Quality Assurance and Technical Support at Transtek Systems to work on its flagship HR product (Compass HR) in its two flavors, the SMEs-targeted module and the enterprise module, working on enhancing its quality assurance process and bridging the gap between its users and the product feasibility.- Successfully integrated a quality assurance process with documented test cases and user stories, while keeping an eye on having the best user experience and system orientation.- Introduced and built E2E testing suites for the web applications and helped in integrating it into the development CI/CD pipelines with the development department (Ghost Inspector).- Collaborated with functional and technical teams to coordinate application deployments and releases. (In my opinion, technical-talk is one of the most important skills one should have to be successful in quality assurance roles).In addition to quality assurance responsibilities, I had a couple of product management and technical support activities:- Assisted experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writings and analyzing data flows for the domain’s process opportunities.- Analyzed and conducted gap analysis stages to figure out what a client needs and what we have.- Helped integration teams figuring out the integration touch points and processes.

Upon graduating, I joined the team at Aman Industries to work on integrating a new enterprise HR management solution called TakeCare for Aman subsidiaries.- Coordinated with the HR personnel to ensure the system’s data integrity regarding personnel information, leaves and payrolls.- Worked in data entry activities for more than 1500 employees.
