Throughout my career, I have pioneered the introduction of new courses at Stamford School, which were previously unconsidered, and due to their success, the school is now expanding its range of alternative qualifications. The business department has grown from one of the smallest, with 35 students, to the largest, now accommodating 120 students. This growth has helped the organisation retain revenues that were previously unavailable. The department consistently achieves outstanding results and demonstrates a growing value added.As the head of the department, I am a high-performing, driven individual with great enthusiasm.
