Responsible for insuring close coordination with the client and the entire design team, including owners, architects, contractors, members of other disciplines, and internal support staff to ensure the design is consistent with the client’s vision, to ensure a fully coordinated interdisciplinary design, and to ensure the design schedule is maintained. Overseeing of project MEP construction administration services including RFI's, shop drawings and submittals , punch lists, coordination with Special Inspections, and final closeout documents. Interacts with product vendors in order to meet project specification requirements and to set up internal training sessions on new product technologies.Provides base building engineering services for building management clients. Services include, MEP design for base building spaces, drafting of base building rules and regulations, and building tenant third party MEP reviews.Supervise and mentor Jr. Electrical Designers to facilitate their growth and strength of the department and company. Research of existing and upcoming energy code guidelines (IECC, ASHRAE 90.1, NYC ECC) to help educate on the current energy code regulations and how to better coordinate compliance between trades. To accomplish these educational goals I provided content used in the development of an AIA accredited presentation that has been well received by many of WB's client base as well as internal staff.

Provides third party reviews of Electrical Engineering contract documents throughout the various stages of project development including Schematic Design, Development Design, Permit Documents, Bid Documents, and Construction Documents.
