I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary's University, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in areas such as training and development, labour relations, organizational behavior, and employment law. I am passionate about helping people achieve their potential and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. In addition to my role at ESDC, I am also a group fitness instructor at MOVATI Athletic and a Coach at Perfect Storm Athletics Edmonton. In these two roles, I apply my communication, management, and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire others.
