As Innovation Lead and Senior Project Manager, my role is to lead the delivery of innovative digital solutions (web, bots, chat, voice, app experiences) that solve business and user problems. In my role as National Sales Manager I lead, managed and developed the National Sales Team (and later the Key Account Managers Team) strategy in all key operational areas including the implementation of divisional marketing.
