ATM Service Management

Responsible for the service of the Remote ATM estate. Supplier and Service manager for all current remote ATM suppliers, driving continuous improvements, managing them in line with their contracts. Working with key customers, stakeholders and clients to ensure we provide an optimal service.

Responsible for any new ATM installations across the remote ATM estate, coordinating Installs, replacements, removals and any relocations. I was the project lead for the bank ensuring thatI manage the suppliers to carry out the work in line with their contracts and in order to provide the best service to our customers.

Managing a team of 26 agents split across mortgage originations. I managed agents on the mortgage completions and the AIP team. Ensuring that funds are available on completion day and that brokers are able to get advice from underwriters and obtain agreements in principles.
