I am looking for new ways to apply my skills learned and perfected in the Title Insurance industry over a career spanning 29 years. Now in a down-turn beginning in 2022 and continuing in 2023, I would like to find new opportunities to learn new skills as well as apply the skills I have acquired in other industries both related to and independent of the Title Insurance industry. During the last fifteen years that I worked in the Title Insurance industry, I also owned and worked in a small catering company with my family from 2005 until 2018. My adaptability and willingness to learn and apply myself to complex tasks has allowed me to work in various types of service industries.My work for an escrow and title agency in Arizona began at the front desk as an escrow secretary and progressed thru escrow officer, escrow management, and compliance administration. During my time in escrow compliance administration, opening new operations in several states and setting up policies and procedures and training escrow and escrow accounting process in new and existing operations were some of the operational skills learned in the positions I worked in my first eleven years.I briefly owned and worked daily as the managing and qualifying member of an Escrow and Title Agency in Arizona and sold the assets to another escrow and title agency in 2007. I have been providing contracted services to escrow and title agency operations and underwriters now for 15 years. During the past fifteen years I have helped to open and properly close escrow and title agencies, perform operational exams and training for escrow and escrow accounting staff. Development of ALTA Best Practice procedures and underwriter agency exams are also services that I have performed including three-way reconciliations.
