As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Database Tester at Crédit Agricole CIB, I work closely with the conception team to understand software requirements and design test cases that ensure comprehensive coverage. My role involves creating detailed documentation, actively participating in agile scrum meetings, and executing control, non-regression, and end-to-end tests. Additionally, I identify and report defects using JIRA, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolutions.Recently, I have also gained practical experience in running automation tests using tools like Robot Framework, Selenium, and Xray. While my primary focus remains on manual testing, this exposure to automation tools has enhanced my understanding of how automation can complement and streamline the testing process.With a Master of Arts in Modern Languages from Université d'Angers, I have a strong background in communication and analytical skills. I have also completed a 3-month course in Business Analysis at ISOSET Paris, where I learned how to analyze business needs and propose solutions. I am passionate about software quality and always eager to learn new technologies and tools to enhance my testing skills.
