Undertaking both a Master of Research Degree and a Psychology Honours degree, I am a meticulous researcher and problem-solver. I am skilful at seeking out and critically analysing significant detail to support a specific topic and identify appropriate methodologies with experience in quantitative and qualitative research evaluation. My passion lies in criminal behaviour and as such I undertook an MRes, with my project and thesis focussing on psychopathy. I aimed to shed new light on the debate of the moral and criminal responsibility of psychopaths’ by comparing this disorder to a form of dementia, called Behavioural Variant Frontotemporal Dementia and drew on research across philosophy, psychology, law, psychiatry, and neuroscience. Using a multidisciplinary approach, I assessed what current research tells us about these two disorders, how we treat them and whether there is a need to reexamine the responsibility of associated individuals, both as a society and within a judicial setting.My professional experience as a Senior Consultant at PwC involved working across complex projects which strengthened my skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving. Coupled with more recent experience as a Senior Event Planner I have considerable experience in building interpersonal relations, working collaboratively, highlighting service delivery limitations, identifying potential solutions, and making effective decisions under pressure.
