Manage high-priority oncology development program with multiple clinical studies in various phases; currently manage pediatric program; previously managed immuno-oncology program from pre-IND to Phase 1 Key responsibilities: - Manage multiple cross-functional development teams delivering on new program strategies, formulation change and pediatric studies - Develop, align and maintain cross-functional integrated program timelines for multiple clinical programs (Ph1-Ph4) - Support program-level reporting for annual budgeting and long-range planning - In collaboration with teams, identify key program risks and mitigation strategies - Develop and maintain cross-functional submission timelines to support IND and multiple sNDA filings - Prepare program presentations for governing bodies and board of directors; generate detailed monthly program status reports - Support key functional activities including program surveys for accounting, updates for alliance management, resourcing exercises, etc. - Oversee and mentor junior program managers - In collaboration with Program Management group, identify opportunities to improve departmental processes and streamline reporting

Manage two cross-functional program teams for an immuno-oncology program (Ph1) and a targeted oncology program (pre-IND) Key responsibilities: - Work with functional team leads to develop, align, and maintain integrated program timelines - Understand critical path activities, anticipate risks, and create contingency plans in collaboration with program team; inform key stakeholders of status and proposed solutions - Generate monthly Portfolio Management Reports for Senior Leadership - Build submission timeline and oversee IND filing; work closely with program team and external collaborators to ensure documents finalized per deadlines - In collaboration with clinical operations lead, plan and guide program team to execute on accelerated Ph 1 clinical strategy - Coordinate program team meetings and teleconferences with external collaborators - In collaboration with Program Management group, identify and implement process improvements
