I developed, managed and delivered an effective, bespoke admissions process from initial enquiry to ongoing client care for an acclaimed independent school with an annual turnover of over £2.5 million. Having created the school strategic marketing plan, I co-ordinated and delivered multi-touch marketing for the school, both on and off-line. This included digital and print marketing campaigns, photography, all social media, creation and management of a brand new website, production of an annual school magazine and DVD and ensuring that we maintained a regular, positive presence in local media. I tripled the school’s marketing budget and helped to ensure that pupil numbers grew by an average of 18% with, as I left, waiting lists for year groups for the first time in 10 years. I was the ‘face’ of the school to all new families and I remained their main point of contact at all times.
