I am mainly in charge of customer service and delivery operations.• I'm also the intermediary between the customer and different merchands;• I am responsible for the delivery service and the organization of deliveries in the order of priority of the orders;• I am responsible for programming the schedule of the number of deliverers per shift and the replacement of unavailable deliverers if necessary;• I am in charge of the management of delivery people. At the end of each day, I do a debriefing with the delivery people on the different deliveries made, following by the reconciliation of the accounts of the money entered in cash;• Every week I have to prepare a weekly (sales) report for some merchants which is sent every Friday before the payment of the merchants. I am responsible for making payment for sales made by sellers during the week. The payment is made by mobile money; • I am also part of the team which is responsible for carrying out the test on the beta version of the Wiikko application;• In addition to all the functions that I listed above, I am also responsible for the weekly remuneration of delivery people via mobile money. This payment is followed by a delivery report and a fee note that each deliverer receives before receiving the payment due to him.

• I was in charge of obtaining administrative documents, regularizing taxes, managing the administrative office, managing cash-flow, regularizing salaries, cashing checks. • I was in charge of the management of all the staff (human resources management). I was also in charge of community management (Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram), planning of appointment and different meetings.

• I have a good control of custumer relationship management as a telephone service advisor. I learned to worked under stress and under pressure. • Manage the choleric customers is an asset that I had to learn through this work. I have developed the speed to find reliable solutions for some issues faced by customers. During my contract I also receive customur service training.
