Assist the Business Department with various billing metric reports such as commodity variances, network analysis reports, sales projections, itemized statements and aging reports on a daily basis. Submit and match clients’ payments to applicable accounts with precision; accurately categorize and resolve payment discrepancies; closely monitor client accounts and control inventory; assist with monthly cash reconciliation; achieve payment adjustments, refunds and journal entries. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Comprehensively support the Billing Manager in generating monthly invoices and ensuring the respective deadlines are met. Aide the senior management in financial reporting related to revenue analysis as well as aging reports.• Preserve, apprise and disseminate all political advertising orders and payment information to countrywide offices and partners for public file compliance.
