I love options, whether its a coffee menu or an open list of education options I appreciate being able to weigh the pros and cons and the ins and outs of every situation and outcome.However, how often do we find ourselves puzzled by the menu before us? In life, we have thousands of decisions upon us daily and as an aspiring law student my goal is that when injustice occurs, my clients would know exactly what their options are. Pursuing studies in Public Health as well fuels my dream of understanding health inequity from a legal standpoint so that my community will find the best choices to pursue health for themselves and their families.Communications is the first step to understanding our legal system, I hope that background in public relations and writing will help piece together the complexities of the choices before us. With plenty of coffee in hand, I look forward to studying further the systemic gaps in place perpetuating health inequity.
