Part-time (30 hr/wk) leading a small team to provide operational and client care support for a growing number of clinics.Direct handling of client and member practice complaints, utilising feedback to support modification of policy to reduce recurrence, overseeing new clinic opening, producing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), problem solving for matters arising within clinics, overseeing departmental purchasing for clinics, negotiating contracts with suppliers.Continuing Professional Development (CPD): o MS Project: training course.o First aid at work: training course.o Health and Safety: NEBOSH trainingo Vets Now Congress: chairing multiple emergency and critical care workshops and lectures.

Part-time (20 hours) Initially providing operational support to clinics, and latterly direct responsibility for client complaints. Experience of public speaking on the subject of Telephone Triage, a 45 minute lecture at Vets Now Congress, subsequently rolling out talk throughout Vets now clinics nationwide for staff training.

Six month contract (full-time) prior to maternity leave: brought in at short notice to plan and oversee opening of six clinics including equipment purchasing, negotiation and set up of accounts and paperwork distribution. Also included occasional HR and client care tasks and reorganisation of staff information material (SOPs, Local Operations Manual, National Guideline Manual).

Night and weekend work (32hr/wk). Sole charge of clinic including day to day management of Vet Nurse and Animal Care Auxiliary. Mainly Emergency and Critical Care caseload.
