I’ve been an estate agent and office manager in agency for 27 years and have worked for a a number of agents, notably Hamptons International for nearly 17 years in Bucks, Berkshire, Bristol and Gloucestershire. Having sold some notable developments through my offices over the years in Berkshire and including the first Harbourside developments in Bristol, I then made New Homes my area of expertise and in Spring 2019, I joined Savills to launch the Cheltenham and Gloucestershire Residential Development Sales department specifically to assist developers, initially with a substantial CALA development in Cheltenham and other besides. In August 2022 I joined Knight Frank to do the same, launching a new homes department to cover the whole of Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Worcestershire linked with the Knight Frank Bristol, Stratford and Birmingham New Homes operations. In September 2024 I left Knight Frank and I’m now self employed offering site research and evaluation to the developers I’ve built relationships with over the years. I believe that initial research when consider in buying a site is of the highest importance for developers, looking at maximising the GDV as being well informed on your site location is key. When involved from the onset I can offer information not only about the area and pricing but about buyer profiling and house design too.
