As the Internal Recruitment Team Leader for this role involves partnering with hiring managers across multiple business units to attract and source high caliber candidates through a range of recruitment and selection activities. Key tasks include:• Taking recruitment briefs from hiring managers.• Developing and implementing a recruitment plan for each vacancy including writing engaging adverts and placement in the appropriate internal and external mediums• Presenting candidate lists to hiring managers• Promoting and utilising psychometric tools to assist in the process• Providing hiring managers with the necessary recruitment tools / advice to assist them in the recruitment process• Developing and delivering topic specific training to managers to ensure Recruitment and Selection skills are maintained.• Working with the Regional HR team throughout the recruitment process as required.
