Led the establishment of processes and supporting technology implementation for project data collection, compliance activities, resource capacity, and utilization reporting to support delivery of an integrated Ford Motor Company Program of work. The Program involved IT and website content authoring projects undertaken by a multi-country, cross-functional team of 100+ resources, with revenues growing from 4 to 8 million/year.Worked with the client and delivery teams to ensure statement of work agreements and purchase orders were in place, implemented and tracked project budgets to ensure transparent forecasting and realization of revenue for our company.

Led content authoring team (15+ resources) to deliver the Ford Motor Company User Experience (UX) Refresh, and other key projects, for all Ford Asia Pacific & Africa and Ford Export & Growth websites on the Oracle web content management platform (100+ countries, 11 languages), working with Ford Motor Company IT & Marketing stakeholders, partner agencies, content authoring, analytics, design, and agile development teams across multi-country locations.

Led project integrating the Ford Regional website platform with the Ford Export & Growth Lead Management System, delivering better management of website leads.Managed content authoring team, working with Ford Motor Company Asia Pacific Region and Ford Local markets to support the website platform application upgrade & data center migration, ensuring the on-schedule migration with minimal business impacts.Reviewed and implemented changes to our Ford team internal delivery model (including Shanghai Java team integration), contributing to establishing a dedicated Ford Client Team.Provided project management support, as needed, to the Harvey Norman and VicUrban Fatwire CMS (Oracle) implementation projects.

Based on-site in Sydney, Australia, was responsible for the management of Next Digital’s agile development team, partnering with News Digital Media and Fatwire Software to deliver a new masthead publishing platform for one of Australia’s largest media companies, News Corporation.

As part of a co-located vendor team, on-site at Ford Regional Headquarters (Bangkok, Thailand), undertook project coordination and launch analyst activities for the successful launch of all Ford Asia Pacific & Africa markets onto Ford’s regional web content management platform (12 countries, six languages), as well as Ford Export & Growth websites (Middle East, Sub Saharan Africa, Caribbean, Central America, US Territories, Virgin Islands & Asia Pacific, three languages), including Lincoln, Mercury, and Mazda brands.Led the delivery of the Ford Regional Web Style Guide used by agencies and publishing teams across the website platform.

Undertook desktop and interview based marketing research for venture capital funded technology companies utilizing the Australian Federal Government's AusIndustry COMET (Commercialisation of Emerging Technologies) grant program.
