Moving to Switzerland more than 20 years ago from my home country of South Africa, I have since built a family, a career, and a business in my new adopted home. As an expat, I have learnt what it means to adapt. As a working mom of 2 girls, I know personally what it means to combine work and family. These experiences and challenges have been my passion and my focus in founding a business to create positive workplaces for all!It gives me great joy to partner with my clients towards collaborative and meaningful goals. I am convinced my consistency in prioritizing, partnering with, and delivering for my clients has underpinned my success stories to date, whether delivering talent retention programs, bringing culture change, rolling out marketing strategies or meeting stretch sales targets! I am client-centric, and I value every exchange from senior executive to entry-level employee. Leading with my heart, striving always to be courageous, and embracing vulnerability and authenticity in all my interactions are my north star ✨I have been successful in designing and delivering impactful employee engagement programs, whether through our peer coaching program at parents@work, or the global service culture program at Siemens Building Technologies. With a deep understanding and empathy for people, for what motivates and drives them, I have been able to inspire both employees and leaders to embrace new ways of working.In recent years I have had more opportunities to share my experiences with others through speaking engagements and writing columns. I have embraced the chance to influence future leadership through skill building workshops. I love to spend a day with a company to lead them through a workshop, whether it’s for their parents, or for their leaders, whether it’s group coaching, peer exchange, or thought leadership. I believe people perform at their best when they feel valued and have a sense of belonging. This is good for companies, families, and society! It continues to be my life’s work to support organizations and leaders to engage and retain their precious talent and build the best possible workplace for everyone.
