My third CE was at the GreenFields, a SNF and acute-care center. I treated 7-9 patients per day with diagnoses ranging from TKA, dementia to pelvic fx post fall. I developed skills for managing complex patients, coordinating support staff and working with OT and nursing. I also got to participate in wound rounds each week with an interdisciplinary team seeing patients in all parts of our facility. I also gain experience directing and participating in family meetings, training and guidance for discharge planning.

Clinical Experience #2. The clinic is an outpatient clinic where I treat up to 40 patients per week on my schedule with populations ranging from a high school ACL-R to an 80 year old with COPD. This experience allowed me to gain time management skills and build my arsenal of exercice ties for a variety of conditions. I had roughly one evaluation per day that I completed with minimal supervision and followed up with a full plan of care.
