As project manager I am responsible for the structural analysis, cost management, andclient management involved in curtain wall and cladding engineering. My duties involve the continuous production of structural calculations, while closely monitoring cost, scope creep, and deadlines. I communicate with clients daily, handling client questions, field conditions, and cost concerns. As well, I analyze curtain wall and cladding systems to ensure that the systems are structurally sound under all possible imposed loads. This includes verifying that member stresses and deflections are within the allowable values, and the anchor components back to the main building structure are able to withstand the imposed loads. Primarily work in AutoCAD, Excel, Mathcad, CBeam, and Adobe.
