• Strategic leadership role for UK region in resource planning rostering over 380 chauffeurs, streamlining services to create single point of contact for inhouse and contract scheduling • Private hire outsource contract management with 8 direct reports and a wider team of 12, including management of 170 affiliate businesses• Develop and successfully deliver a transformational contract strategy focused on increasing performance and growth; initially stabilising and improving existing business to introduce growth strategies and investment • Create a culture of continuous improvement by investing in resources to deliver services with flexibility to meet customer needs• Key liaison for commercial relationships with Saga and Emirates, as well as all affiliate businesses• Collaborate with peers and key stakeholders internally and client based ensuring adherence to SLA’s and KPI’s• Lead for projects, development and operational collaboration ensuring services and systems function appropriately for both operations and customers

• Full ownership of profit and loss on a gross revenue of £1.1m creating budgets to consistently challenge operational efficiency and top line growth• Develop strategy for growth based on a mergers and acquisitions model to enable rapid growth to support effective competitiveness within the market• Negotiate and win private hire contracts with prestigious brands such as McLaren and Samsung• Create a culture of excellence in consistent service delivery always meeting SLAs and KPIs• Identify and negotiate 3 acquisitions working with legal and finance teams on due diligence presenting business cases to secure investment
