I was responsible for recruiting staff externally and facilitating internal mobility across the three major companies that sit within the LeadX brand. Daily duties include:High Volume Recruitment:• Organising, facilitating and hiring to an extremely highvolume to meet business demand.• Meeting business recruitment targets to enablecompany growth.• Recruiting across a variety of positions, pre-screening andinterviewing candidates both over the phone and face to face.• Advertising and co-ordinating internal positions. Runningcampaigns to encourage interest.Head Hunting and Candidate Searching:• Actively searching and attracting candidates for managementand technical positions, through LinkedIn and CV Platforms.• Providing candidate recommendations to senior managementand company directors.• Using software such as Broadbean and other ATS systemsto engage with candidates.
