About Sarah Misplon
Hallo, ik ben Sarah en al mijn hele carrière gepassioneerd door de gezondheidszorg. Als consultant bij Möbius voerde ik de afgelopen jaren projecten uit op de verschillende niveaus binnen de gezondheidszorg. Zo ondersteunde ik bij de hervorming van de eerste lijn in aanloop naar de eerstelijnsconferentie. Ook begeleid ik het RIZIV in het kader van de herijking van de nomenclatuur. Daarnaast doe ik heel wat optimalisatieprojecten in ziekenhuizen (in operatiekwartieren, dagziekenhuis, verpleegafdeling…) vanuit de LEAN-filosofie. Geïnspireerd door Value Based Healthcare werkte ik een doctoraat uit aan de UHasselt om de kwaliteit en kosten van zorgpaden inzichtelijk te maken en te gebruiken om de zorg voor de patiënt beter en kosteneffectiever te maken.
