Successfully led a team of four and project managed a consultancy project as part of a module during my MSc in Digital Transformation Management and Leadership at ESCP Business School. A market analysis was conducted for multiple industries internationally as part of the project.

Did the same role in Wyzer and Caledo. My role included:• Reported directly to the Executive Chairman and CEO.• Created and managed social media content, blog posts, online marketing campaigns, strategies and budgets.• Analysed campaigns and suggested ways to optimise online performance.• Designing and locally building websites for both Wyzer and Caledo, utilising a number of tools and languages. I monitor site performance through Google Analytics and HotJar.• Handled the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of Wyzer's products after conductingin-depth market research, the latest product being Wyzer Work.• Stress-tested the websites and products to ensure screen responsiveness and strengthen UX.• Ensured that the brand message and image were consistent on all online platforms as well as in-person at conferences by means of stand design and merchandise.

A member of a group of 10 responsible for the organisation of DELTA Summit (Malta's Official Blockchain and Digital Innovation Event). This technology event attracted approximately 10,000 visitors to Malta.• Reported directly to the founder. My role included:• Creating and managing marketing campaigns and strategies to help reach our targets. This consisted of digital & traditional marketing as we aimed to attract both an international & local audience.• Analysing campaigns through KPI's and suggesting ways to optimise performance.• Writing and distributing communication materials such as email marketing and articles for the company.• Keeping the website up to date and setting up the conference mobile application.• Working with attendees data which was utilised for email marketing and to take logistical/operational decisions.• Ensuring that the brand message and image were consistent on all online platforms and in person at the summit.

• Was entrusted with helping build websites & communicating with the clients to understand their needsand requirements. Languages mostly used were HTML, CSS, MySQL, C#, .NET & JQUERY.• Worked on the front-end and was responsible to search for bugs within their onboarding product, KYCP. I also audited the software against a checklist.
