How I do that is by solving complex and challenging problems. Ultimately, what I bring is a way to contribute and add value by having an impact on the lives of others. As an executive leader for multiple strategic, joint and combat Army units and teams, I lead, plan, analyze and develop elite teams and personnel who perform high-profile operations, strategic analytics and combat missions all on the national and international stage. I am responsible for inspections, investigations, training, personnel development and assistance for people, teams and organizations. I am passionate about helping people, cultivating talent, servant leadership, and cultures that produce team cohesion and a commitment to excellence. I have 23+ years of experience as a Soldier, intelligence professional and Military Officer, building and developing cohesive and adaptive organizations across a variety of operational and strategic environments. My core competencies include being people-focused, results-oriented, a collaborative problem solver, attentive to detail, task organized and an active listener. I am seeking a certification in life coaching to further develop the skills necessary to build a business that helps women, veterans, teens and leaders achieve purpose. I am interested in learning from and collaborating with practitioners of coaching, consulting and leading. I am eligible to participate in transitional training, mentoring and collaboration which allow me to pursue these opportunities.
