• Account Manager:Receive 2-3 new business accounts to manage daily, review account and make sure all information was entered into computer correctly, call new member to go over information, verify members business info on 100+ different directories, scan paperwork for new members into computer, actively manage 400+ member accounts daily, make outgoing calls to members, receive incoming calls from members, problem solve, have knowledge of our services so questions can be answered, send/receive 50+ emails daily, handle members billing information, clear up billing issues with member, communicate with both happy and unhappy members daily. • Receptionist:all inbound calls(up to 10 calls at one time), send callers to appropriate department in a timely and professional manner, assist non-paying members with business listing issues/questions, screen calls for account managers and president of company, leave messages for account managers with detailed notes, enter new member information into the database, greet clients, enter new employee information into system, scan documents into database, order supplies for office and kitchen, assign and maintain ID numbers for new employees, fax/copy/scan/file paperwork.
