I have over several years experience in the Customer Service industry. I enjoy the challenges and responsibilities associated with each career path, whether it be new hire training or scheduling employees for a busy day; I'm happy to help out wherever I can whenever I can. Outside of work, my hobbies include baking, gaming and exploring new places. My family is very important to me as well, they are what I value most in life and provide motivation to achieve my goals.
