I value interpersonal interaction and working as part of a team to advance these social justice missions.With over 10 years of experience in soccer refereeing and mentoring, I am an experienced communicator and team member with an ability to weigh options efficiently and make sound decisions. As a former Case Manager at the Anne Arundel Conflict Resolution Center, I practiced inclusive listening during intakes and mediations to support participants in feeling heard and understood and equipped with additional tools to manage their relationships and conflict.In addition to my coursework in Political Science and Women's and Gender Studies at Wellesley College, a number of research internships have allowed me to strengthen my written communication skills, including drafting materials for both academic/technical and educational audiences.
