Human Resources:• Assist in full cycle recruiting using Newton Software: review of resumes, scheduling of interviews, coordination of schedules with hiring managers and participating in Human Resource based candidate debriefs. • Creation and/or revision of job descriptions based on the recruiting needs of the company. • Perform all employee on-boarding and off-boarding of benefit enrollments. • Maintenance of all employee benefits regarding questions concerns, qualifying factors and change requests. • Assist in selecting broker companies and insurance policies for Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k plans for open enrollment. • Maintain personnel records by collecting forms and coordinating with employees.• Assist in procuring and processing documents for H1B and L1 visas.• Create office and employment forms and assemble new hire and termination packets. • Perform general data entry as per assigned projects from the HR ManagerOffice Administrative: • Perform travel arrangements and coordinate with employees on expense tracking. • Provide general office support to efficiently organize projects and tasks as assigned.• Provide customer service in a polite and professional manner.• Perform basic bookkeeping duties by tracking receipts and entering data into excel• Monthly audit of all benefit enrollment deductions.• Research and assist in organizing office activities and employee events.
