At Real Care I carried out numerous MAPA training sessions and refreshers making sure the staff were comfortable in verbal deescalation and disengagement skills.I was also a lead Secure Escort making numerous journeys to Scotland to work with young people in secure units transporting them safely and appropriately to there destination. The working day at Real Care was extremely busy and every day presented a new challenge that I was happy to engage with and develop skills and staff rapport. Show less
