Responsible for the Year of Migrant Health initiative that provides grant funding to clinics and organizations that operate in resource-limited settings to implement Hikma Health's electronic health record system.Supporting teams in Lebanon, Sudan, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Azerbaijan, Nicaragua, Mexico, and Somalia.

USAID Afya Yangu NorthernSupport the PMTCT Technical Team with the enhancement of services for mother-baby pairs: maternal retesting, strengthening <2mo EID coverage, VL testing among pregnant women, and ART retention for PMTCT efforts in northern Tanzania.Identify gaps in implementation at the health facility and community level, ensuring quality service delivery to clients. Conduct site-level monitoring activities and monthly quality improvement and performance plans.Support FP integration and CECAP service initiatives.

Supporting USAID's Office of HIV/AIDS in the Prevention, Care and Treatment Division Front Office▪ Coordinate the step-wise implementation of o ffice-wide strategies, including the Agency HIV Optimization Plan and the OHA’s HIV Prevention Strategic Approach; track actions related to these two initiatives▪ Assist with the preparation of analytical work and data visualization of PEPFAR and Division workforce data, and work with Division leadership on dissemination▪ Conduct the Tanzania Cluster monthly HFR data analysis and quarterly data review and recommendations for Tanzania PMTCT programming, and support Tanzania Country Operation Planning▪ Coordinate the Maternal and Child Health Cluster and conduct OU interviews on behalf of the Interagency EID workstream for birth testing, specifically related to EID coverage, linkage to diagnosis, and treatment▪ Lead organization and coordination e fforts for the annual Local Partner Meeting in South Africa for the PCT division▪ Review USAID EpiC procurement requests ensuring compliance and adherence to USG funding regulations and identify potential areas of compliance exposure/vulnerability

- Collect and interpret data for After Action Reports (AAR)- Develop service delivery plans for mass care, response and recovery- Develop and deliver student guides, instructor guides and audio visuals for emergency management training- Provide staff support during training, exercise and real world events- Deliver HSEEP-compliant workshops, table-top, functional and full-scale exercises including exercise materials such as master-scenario events list (MSEL), Exercise Plan, Controller/Evaluator Handbook etc.- Provide technical assistance to local, state, and federal clients in emergency management and homeland security planning, training, exercise, and emergency operations.- Provide support for Exercise and Evaluation Conferences including preparation of agenda, meeting minutes, PowerPoints for Initial, Mid-term, and Final Planning Conference, registration and feedback.- Train exercise evaluators and controllers- Manage communication with local and state clients
