I have worked in wine and communications for the last 11 years, and completed both a Bachelor and Masters degree as well as WSET Levels 1 & 2. Over the years of working in wineries, wine bars, wine shops and other wine related positions in Australia and Denmark I feel that I have developed a high level of knowledge about wine and customer service, both in theory and in practice.Most recently I have held the position of sommelier at a Restaurant in Skagen that has been awarded two stars from the 360 Eat Guide (with our wine lists being nominated for the Star Wine List), worked as an assistant winemaker for two sustainable vineyards in Slovakia, for an independent importer of niche and natural wines in Copenhagen and been a contributing writer for a book on wine as well as regular wine columns in a UK wine magazine.
