High volume cold calling, canvasing and sales lead follow-up (to generate sales leads for the assigned portfolio)• Assist with any efforts necessary to close lease transactions with new tenants• Build relationships with brokerage community by networking• Help with any preliminary sales tasks for agents including tours, abstracts, TWL, emails, construction meetings, communications to all appropriate parties, meeting with property management (as required) or any other actions required to complete a lease transaction and tenant move-in• Comply with Senior Leasing Agent Mentorship and work towards creating a “partnership” that will foster a positive working relationship• Compliance with the company’s contact management system policy (Goldmine)

• Take incoming leasing calls• Enter leads into the system• Track leads data• Responsible for tenant move-in surveys monthly• Tracking of agent and property management referral(s)• Broker updates in Goldmine• Assist with credit checks, releasing lease packets/lease agreements as needed• Parameter changes for individual properties at year-end• Gathering of information for budgets• Website chat operator for leasing• Tracking/sending e-gift cards for agent referrals• Assist leasing team with various duties as assigned or required by manager
