About Sarah Nalborczyk

I'm an experienced organisational development (OD) professional who loves to make a difference. I have nearly 20 years of experience in the learning and development and OD fields, across various industries, including retail, pharmaceutical, publishing, and utilities. I'm a chartered member of the CIPD since 2013 and a Strengths Based Psychometric Practitioner.I'm dedicated to delivering sustainable change projects that genuinely benefit colleagues in the workplace. I believe that the best way to create lasting change and enhance operational excellence is by working collaboratively with others to discover the answers together and paying attention to the little details.My current role has involved developing, deploying and embedding a modern continuous performance development approach - for which I was a CIPD People Management Awards finalist and invited speaker at the 2023 CIPD Talent & Workforce Planning Conference.
