Sarah Newcomb serves as a full time Special Projects Coordinator for The City of Cape Coral while also being Founder and Operator of Prime Photography & Design. Sarah was the founder of The Wine Room, which opened in 2019 and sold in 2024. She was the first person to serve as President & CEO of the Estero Chamber of Commerce. Her professional career includes six years with Lee County Government where she spent most of her time helping businesses grow as a Business Development Specialist with Economic Development. She also held the role of Director of College & Career Initiatives with The Foundation for Lee County Public Schools, where she coordinated field trips for high school students to learn about local businesses and career fields. Much of her leadership training stems from her time as an Area Manager with Amazon. Sarah graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Supervision and Management from Florida Southwestern State College. She completed the program with a 3.4 GPA and was part of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She is currently working on her MBA and continues to participate in training and courses that assist her in helping fellow small businesses. She also finds time to give back to the community by volunteering for Our Mother’s Home and PACE Center for Girls Lee.
