Management of Resolution Pathways, an ACCC authorised body that resolves issues and disputes for music users (those that licence music such as retail, pubs and live performance events), music creators, APRA AMCOS and OneMusic Australia.Resolution Pathways is supported by an exceptional group of industry stakeholders, and Sarah was responsible for ensuring a seamless stakeholder experience.

Sarah was selected as the independent steering committee member representing small business music users (particularly in the retail sector).

SA DOT NA is a high end women's fashion brand, designed and manufactured in Melbourne, Australia. Owned by Sarah's family, SA DOT NA is as well known for its striking architectural designs, immaculate fit and high quality construction, as it is for providing an exceptional customer and styling experience.As COO Sarah was responsible for leading and training the customer experience team and all aspects of business operation. While 6 years as COO, Sarah was a member of the SA DOT NA team from its inception in 2002 and crafted and implemented the SA DOT NA retail experience since that time.
