Recently relocated from Toronto, Canada to Lancashire, UK with the right to work within the United Kingdom. I am very excited and eager to begin this new chapter of my life and career. With nearly 12 years of work and leadership experience in financial services and customer success (SaaS), I recently rounded out my portfolio as Senior Customer Success Team Lead (Acting Head of CS) at GoStudent, the fastest-growing online tutoring platform in Europe. I joined GoStudent as a Customer Success Manager in August 2021, heading up the company launch for CS in Canada. I was very quickly promoted to Sr. Customer Success Team Lead (Acting Head of CS) for the market, and became responsible for the hiring, growth and development of our CS team. In this role, I oversaw the Customer Success operations and strategy for the Canadian market, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. I also leveraged my expertise in account management, risk management, business analysis, operations and product, which I developed in my previous roles at Western Union Business Solutions and Travelex Global Business Payments, providing insights and guidance to our various teams and departments. I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and value, and empowering my team in achieving their professional goals. I am committed to learning and growing within any role I take on, working to expand global presence and impact.
