My go-to-guide when I was younger was a book called 'The Alchemist' by Paulo Coelho. It still a firm favourite of mine. The main message of the book is simple, if you want something the universe conspires to help you achieve it. This message of positivity is one that I utilise every day in my professional life. I am a flexible and creative training professional. I love challenges and will rise to any occasion to make my endeavours a success. I am confident and passionate about effective training and leadership techniques. I firmly believe that understanding behaviour is the key to motivating people and achieving positive results. I have a zest for life and travel, this translates to my work. I have delivered training courses across different brands in Ireland and in South Africa.
