Sarah O is Director of Occupier Services for CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Region. In this role, she is focused on expanding tenant representation market share in the region including offices in Baltimore and Bethesda, Maryland, McLean, Virginia and Washington, DC. Sarah is responsible for management and development of Tenant Representation professionals within the region, as well as recruiting junior associates through CBRE’s Wheel Program and Summer Intern Program. She also leads managed brokerage efforts in the region including managing business development activities, directing canvassing program, identifying strategic pursuit plans, organizing the best team for each pursuit, guiding cross selling opportunities, managing resources, conducting sales professional debrief meetings and competitive analysis.

Operations leader for the Washington, DC market overseeing $200M operations. Charged with strengthening the region’s operations by planning and managing operating budget, forecasting, planning strategic recruiting and staffing, and implementing efficient and effective policies and procedures to maximize resources and grow profitable bottom line.

Supervised and executed audit engagements for high-tech and start up companies and non-profit organizations; duties include partnering with audit engagement managers and partners in managing client expectations, establishing and monitoring audit budget, planning and conducting fieldwork, performing business process review and risk analysis, identifying and communicating business process improvements to client management, analyzing client cash flow, budget and forecast to determine going concern status and supervising and training staff.
