Responsibilities:-Promotional video work – creating video content, from raw footage provided, to a polished level to be presentable on Arts Councils social medias and webpages while adhering to the style guides set-Creation of easy to use guides for Creative Schools and Associates to ease the process-Sole ownership of schools payments of 450+ schools-General day-to-day administration including management of multiple mailboxes & phone calls-Co-ordination and administration of selection and engagement of Creative Associates-The maintenance of appropriate records in line with Arts Council guidelines-Event planning for training sessions including venue hire, accommodation, catering, organising equipment, printing of manuals & setting up and tracking of invitations to attendees -Recruitment and resourcing administration support

Responsibilities:-Ensuring that all work orders are fulfilled as promised to the customer. -Provide phone and email support both to field operations department and wider organisation -Manage all CRM tasks and activities for the department -Ensure coverage area is resourced effectively to minimize impact on customer delivery times -Management and administration of Service Power and Gantt planning applications e.g. profiles, skill sets, new users, coverage area, efficiency, annual leave, unplanned leave etc. -Manage annual leave quotas and leave requests for field operations -Ensure department and individual KPI’s are achieved. -Collation and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly reports. -Manage no show, cancellation, rescheduled and un-resourced tasks for the department.
