Responsible for culling inspiration, building content calendars and moodboards, designing, strategizing, and filming unique social media content for a diverse portfolio of Consumer Packaged Goods, including Newman's Own, organicgirl, More Labs, and the Republic of Tea.

In the entrepreneurial spirit at the heart of BitterSweet, my role as Senior Graphic Designer is expansive, flexible, and multi-disciplinary. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:+ Supporting creative strategy and output for clients, providing graphic design services and artful solutions as needed+ Continually evolving BitterSweet brand, products, and experiences, as well as best-in-class client deliverables+ Developing and coordinating internal/branded documents (e.g. branded deck for Pitch Night or other contributor gatherings/client opportunities)+ Contributing skills and ideas that help BitterSweet evolve as an agency, better serve clients, better care for team members, and create hope-building experiences+ Leading the execution of BitterSweet’s marketing strategy and developing new ideas for engaging audiences+ Concepting, planning, developing strategies, and designing content for engaging audiences on requisite social channels, as well as managing content calendars and audience interaction + Copywriting social media captions and graphics, email marketing language, and website content, as well as branded print documents for external distribution+ Leading the curation of BitterSweet’s website portfolio to contribute to business development and reputation-building

Executed print and digital pieces for office-wide, Museum-wide, local, and national clients as a member of the marketing department’s Creative Division, such as invitations, publications, environmental signage, social media campaigns, animations, and more, working both independently and in collaboration with a team of designers, editors, and photographers

Presented daily 30-minute information session to prospective students and families, traveled to various local and national college fairs for recruitment, organized student host program training, provided prospective high school art students with portfolio feedback, and assisted “walk-in” visitors with various inquiries. Also performed various administrative tasks such as writing documentation, managing and performing data entry into multiple hard-copy and digital systems, troubleshooting those various systems, and assisting prospective students and families with inquiries via web and phone, in addition to designing various email graphics to encourage application completion, campus visits, and general interest in the University

Maintained gallery appearance, greeted and engaged gallery visitors, assisted in show installation, and designed promotional materials for upcoming shows
