Here as part of the logistics team, my work involves liaising with customers and creating custom documentation for international shipments. This role requires organisation and collaboration to ensure deadlines at met.

During this period in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, all classes were moved online. Because of a fundamental change in how classes were being delivered, a great deal of teamwork and initiative was required.

During my first year I worked as an activity leader with the English language age school. For this role I maintained a friendly and approachable manner whilst organizing fun and engaging activities for the students. In summer 2019, I worked as a teacher. This position required organisation and communication to ensure a positive experience for the young adult learners.

I worked as a retail assistant for the Littlesmith jewelry concession in Arnotts Department Store. This involved guiding customers through the company's products, processing payments and ensuring sufficient levels of stock. Here I learned the importance of patience and customer care.
