Identify training needs, and develop plan for implementation of services based on needs assessment of Rape Prevention Education (RPE) programs in California. Design, research and implement trainings, web conferences and conferences for RPE Programs.

Administered confidential and privileged, comprehensive, empowerment based and trauma informed crisis intervention, ongoing advocacy, and support services to UC Berkeley students, staff and faculty who have experienced sexual harassment and violence, stalking, and intimate partner violence.

Supervised a team of seven direct service Advocates who provided services assistance/support navigating the criminal justice system and applying for victim compensation programs. Supervised two Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) Coordinators who mobilized interdisciplinary teams in ten counties across middle Tennessee and worked with community partners to provide coordinated care to victim/survivors of sexual assault. Supervised Medical Accompaniment and Crisis Line volunteer programs including outreach, recruitment, and providing supervision and support to 60 volunteers.

Coordinated medical and legal accompaniments to sexual assault forensic exams. Assisted in coordinating S.A.R.Ts and community stakeholders to leverage a better continuum of care for victim/survivors. Supported victim/survivors of sexual exploitation through investigative and criminal justice systems by providing case status information, accompaniments to appointments, crisis intervention and stabilization. Provided community outreach presentations to local organizations about serving victim/survivors of human trafficking including providing service to marginalized communities and harm reduction models.

Created and facilitated training pertaining to sexual violence prevention. Outreach to local school administrators regarding implementation of our programs in their schools, networking at community meetings. Facilitating groups for incarcerated youth focusing on healthy masculinity, diversity and healthy relationships. Creating and implementing sexual and reproductive health curricula for local students, focusing on STI prevention, unintended pregnancy, and healthy sexuality.
