Founding member responsible for all aspects of company management, new business development, marketing, and the curation and management of public art projects in partnership with clients from across the public, private and voluntary sectors, artists and community members and groups. Clients have included: Arts Council of Wales, Betsi Cadwaldr University Health Board, Cardiff Community Housing Association, City & County of Swansea Council, Denbighshire County Council, Glyndwr University, Gwynedd Council, Helfa Gelf, Leadbitter, Loudoun Square Partnership (Cardiff Council, Cardiff & Vale University NHS Trust, Leadbitter and Cardiff Community Housing Association), Partneriath Corwen Partnership, Torfaen County Borough Council, Ty Hafan, and Wrexham County Borough Council.Key achievements: − Reviewed and produced the Swansea Boulevard & Waterfront Connections Public Art Framework funded by the City & County of Swansea Council, the ERDF, Welsh Government and the Arts Council of Wales (2012 – 2013).− Developed and oversaw the implementation of the £107k Loudoun Square Redevelopment Public Art Programme in Butetown, Cardiff, including permanent works by Heinrich & Palmer and an artist residency by Janet Hodgson (2010 – 2012).− Initiated, drove forward and secured Arts Council of Wales funding for an artist residency in Pontypool in collaboration with Torfaen County Borough Council that became a pilot project for the Arts Council of Wales’ new residency programme and formed part of 'Inbetween: Cultural Regeneration in Market Towns', an academic research project being led by Intersections, a research unit based at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. Also, managed networking activities, a tour of the town and a two-day symposium event for 'Inbetween: Pontypool', engaging local residents, stakeholders and community groups and organisations (2011 - 2012).

Addo Studio – Creative Hub is a co-working space in Pontypridd, within easy reach of Cardiff and the Heads of the Valleys region.It offers a relaxed and professional work environment for creative and social enterprises, organisations, businesses and freelancers.Addo Studio was set up by not-for-profit visual arts organisation Addo Creative, who understand the challenges facing small businesses and sole traders in finding suitable and affordable workspace, staying the isolation that comes from independent or home-based working, and establishing a presence within the arts, cultural and voluntary sectors.In providing a space within which a creative, collaborative and supportive community may grow, we hope that Addo Studio will contribute to developing the social and cultural ecology of Pontypridd, as well as the practice, profile, connections and well-being of its members.

Responsible for project managing the 'Mining Josef Herman' programme - a two year partnership programme with Tate as part of the 'Transforming Tate Britain: Archives and Access' project. Archives and Access is an ambitious programme of digitisation, learning and participation. It will make 52,000 items from Tate’s archives fully accessible online, including a significant number relating to Josef Herman, and invite participation and shared learning through a new interactive learning hub on the Tate website that will allow people to group, tag, annotate and share their own collections of artworks and archive items. Through an associated learning programme, new audiences will be able to engage with these materials and create their own multimedia resources to be published online. These have been enabled through an embedded outreach programme in partnership with cultural and social organisations across five areas of Britain: South Wales; Liverpool and Merseyside; Tyne and Wear; Margate and Greater London.In South Wales, Tate are working with Josef Herman Art Foundation Cymru to develop the 'Mining Josef Herman' project.Josef Herman Art Foundation Cymru was founded in 2002 to encourage, through exhibitions, the public appreciation of the visual arts by people of all ages, and to honour the artist Josef Herman and his legacy.

Responsible for all aspects of the development and management of public art projects in partnership with clients from across the public, private and voluntary sectors, artists and community members and groups, assisting in writing strategies, managing Safle initiated and curated projects, exhibitions and other events and contributing to publishing opportunities, in collaboration with the Senior Management Team.Key achievements: - Managed a series of 4 public artworks by artists Bedwyr Williams, Jane Edden, Lesley Kerman and Kathy Dalwood, as part of the St David’s 2 development in Cardiff city centre, one of which was featured on Yahoo Travel’s list of top ten public artworks to see in the UK (2007 – 2010).- Instrumental in development and finalisation of the Heads of the Valleys Public Art Strategy (2008).
