Responsible for maintaining the Paterson & Union, NJ Market. Consisting of about 50 store locations ranging from carrier stores to national retail stores. Primary responsibilities include: increasing market share of Samsung mobile sales within these stores, training and developing retail sales associates in the product/services line and sales process of Samsung, keeping all marketing material and merchandising up to date within locations, and implementing key marketing strategies throughout each quarter of the year to meet quarterly sales targets within the territory as a whole.• Assisted in new hire orientation at Samsung in Ridgefield Park, NJ. Responsible for providing leadership and training to the in-store associates; ensuring that customer service and sales goals are understood and met. Responsible for executing personal sales goals and driving the overall sales of the store. Ensure operational tasks are completed in store and maintain a welcoming presence to the location. Participate or lead in interviewing, outbound activities, company projects, meetings, and new hiring training.

Handle incoming calls and other communications. Greet clients and visitors. Update paperwork, maintain documents and word processing. Help organize and maintain office common areas.
