CarePartners offers a comprehensive list of nursing services for clients in the community and clinic settings. Although the majority of our services are provided through the CCAC, nursing services may be covered by insurance plans and can be purchased privately. Care may be provided in a 'visit' or a longer 'shift' format. On any given day we have a caseload of 6,000 clients in Ontario to whom we are providing nursing services. We are accredited and have developed specialty teams in Palliative Care, Wound management, clinics and have an ongoing focus on education and support for our front line staff.CarePartners has been providing high quality nursing care to clients in their homes for 25 years. Effective 2011 we are proud to also offer personal support services in the form of e-shift and physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech-language therapy through Dynamic Therapy Solutions.
