Prepare materials and present classes to Army Soldiers, Family members and Civilian employees Educate and inform students of Army resources, customs, and traditions Teach students skills to manage stress and conflict Provide team-building and leadership training to a broad audience with varying levels of experience with Army life

Responsible for marketing, setting appointments, and showing apartments Organize all documents required for lease signing, all lease files, all vendor files Collect, record, and deposit monthly rent payments Responsible for total office administration Manage team of two employees Assist District Manager by composing and distributing memorandum to all additional properties in the district
