This information is gained monthly via the SAP Customer database. I will check each clients trustee account to see if there available funds to deduct to pay their annual fee.The number of clients on each invoice run will vary but is normally between 100 & 150 policies. If i am able to take the funds, i will do so & release a statement to the client confirming the payment has been taken. In the instance that i am not able to deduct the payment i will correlate a spreadsheet of clients & produce a letter requesting this, i will also sent an invoice & disinvestment paperwork. This process can require vast investigation & can be very time consuming due to the volume of clients involved.Currently, i am undertaking further training which includes Payroll, Tax calculation & other banking aspects to expand my knowledge. I would also be required to travel to meet with distributors on a regular basis. This role was very fast paced due to being within a sales environment, organisation & good time management were key as I was given weekly deadlines I had to meet. Good communication skills were essential when dealing with the European offices, being clear & concise when speaking over the phone or email was very important to ensure we had a good working relationship.I was only at M86 for short period of time as the company was acquired & then due to a restructure I was made redundant I decided not to look for work immediately following my redundancy. I enjoyed working for Axa wealth but had reached as far as I could progress within the team, I would have liked to work as a senior for the IFA Service centre, however, there were no opportunities for this position & I felt it was the right time to move on.
